I hope you and your family had a wonderful holiday season. We are going to get our classes in full swing at the Community Center. Also, we are happy to announce Kindermusik classes there as well. We are BIG advocates of Kindermusik and Music Together here are Prenatal To Preschool, and we are happy to be cross marketing with Miss Laura and Miss Amethyst. Our classes start January 28 at 10 am. More to come, and, depending on interest, classes for kids up to 5 years old (but not yet in kindergarten!)
I would also like to announce my NEW classes, Dr. Sears L.E.A.N. Programs!
The L.E.A.N. Expectations course focuses on workshops for pregnant and nursing moms. Includes topics such as Healthy Beginnings for Pregnancy, Nutrition During Pregnancy, and Transitioning from Pregnancy to Motherhood.
Three 2 Hour Workshops Taken In Sequence (One Week, Monday, Wednesday, And Friday)
Six-hour workshop series for parents or caregivers of children ages 3-12 available in a 6 week format. Parents attend workshops designed just for adults or for parents along with their children. Each class includes fun, interactive activities, lots of healthy snacks, and engaging, family-friendlyDVD segments. Participants also receive an 80-page Parents’ and Caregivers’ Guide, along with an activity book for their children.
6 1-Hour Workshops
One-time, two-hour class that introduces the basic concepts of L.E.A.N. This option is ideal for busy parents who want to know more about the benefits of good nutrition in a shorter amount of time.
1 2-Hour Session
I hope to rouse interest in these classes and have them in full swing by summer!!
